I have lived here for over 2 years now and i still dont have a balcony screen door I have asked and asked but they say they ordered one but it never has come. We only have one light plug in that works in the kitchen when there are 4 they never sent maintenance for it nor an electrician. All other suites happens to be fine i assume.
