Ever since Petwin took over Westpark Ridge has gone downhill. Management is useless and refuse to call or email you back. In the winter good luck not falling and hurting yourself and snow and ice removal is non existent. If you own a taller vehicle you cant park in the covered parking. VERY inconsiderate neighbors that management refuses to do anything about. Old and dated units that they're charging an arm and leg for. We had an AC for our unit that we had for YEARS before they took over, once Petwin took over we received notices on our door that ACs were not permitted. Neighbor was told their BBQ was not permitted. Petwin only cares about raising the rent yearly and being rude.

Loud neighbors that management does nothing about. Parking is overpriced and you cant fit most SUVs or any truck down there due to the height. Grounds look nice in summer but groundskeeper in winter dont really do anything, multiple people in the complex have told us they've fallen down icy stairs. From what I know most units are very old and dated. They raise the rent every year to the point its not worth it. Maintenance seems like they have no clue what to do, and management workers are very rude and honestly useless. Location is about the only decent thing going for them
