Just a heads up if youre renting with any properties from the Vue. We had our townhosue professionally cleaned carpests and walls yet we still had $700 taken from ohr damamge deposit. No damage to the walls, lighting, or anything. Not even a picture frame was hung up. Im dissapointed in their lack knowledge on the Alberta Residential Tenancies Act and how unfair a charge like that is just to have it cleaned for the next tenants (which they would do anyways) but out of our pockets rather then theirs. Good Luck and be warned.

Owners of large dogs let them poop all over the place and do not pick it up. Looks like cattle roam on the premises!
