I have only lived here a few months, but wish I had found this apartment sooner. It is so close to my work, and shopping. Great restaurants near by and a market each Sunday in the summer! I had a maintenance issue that was fixed quickly.

Its been alright, ive been experiencing some difficulties with the air circulation from the dryer into the exhaust during a drying cycle. Maitence doesnt come in on a yearly basis to inspect the wear and tear of the residence. I do know i need to make a maitence request to have this better looked into.

I have been living here for 15 months and love it. have had no issues. the convienience is unbeatable. i think my only feedback would be to update the rooftop space and get a stair master for the gym!

I've been living in this apartment for just over a year and I really enjoy the location and the convenience of having a Safeway in the building. However, I find the gym quite basic with very limited equipment. I also dislike the parking situation — there's no visitor parking available, even though there's plenty of space. Another downside is that the building allows Airbnb units, which was not mentioned when we signed the lease. This has occasionally caused issues, like noise disturbances.
