Expensive, Loud, Unreliable

When I first moved in everything was great. I have lived here for 4 years now, my rent has increased substantially, I have to pay for water. They have made frequent mistakes with charging for electricity and heat and I have outstanding balance bills posted on my door ever so often. Building management is unreliable and normally not very helpful. Neighbours are extremely rude and loud. They really just let anyone live here. After my lease is up I will be happily leaving.

Love the Oliver

I've lived a few places in downtown Edmonton and the Oliver is by far the best. I feel safe here, the staff are great and you just can't beat living above a grocery store - particularly on those cold winter days. Great mix of people living in the building. I hope to be here for a long time.
