?????? the building is nice and neighbours are great, but management is a whole mess. property manager has the rudest energy I’ve ever experienced from someone in customer service. hallways and the parade are often cluttered with people’s random belongings/trash and nobody enforces any rules. rent hikes each year while maintenance requests go unanswered for weeks. they don’t care about residents and I’m just tired of it. would’ve stayed forever but the management situation made that impossible. do better.

I have lived at The Oliver for 2 years. It is quiet, well-maintained, clean, safe. Great location. I would recommend it to others.

I have only lived here a few months, but wish I had found this apartment sooner. It is so close to my work, and shopping. Great restaurants near by and a market each Sunday in the summer! I had a maintenance issue that was fixed quickly.

Its been alright, ive been experiencing some difficulties with the air circulation from the dryer into the exhaust during a drying cycle. Maitence doesnt come in on a yearly basis to inspect the wear and tear of the residence. I do know i need to make a maitence request to have this better looked into.
