Hard to reach for maintenance. Things need doing and no one comes on a regular basis

The maintenance in this building has been less than ideal. The doors are constantly broken, the unit doors are not safe and the noise levels can get pretty loud. I also think there needs to be a buzzer system put in so people can come to visit without having to let them in by going all the way down from the top floor.
