Great place to live near UofA, very quiet, and I haven't had any issues. Staff are all nice, and support with the move-in/lease process was excellent. Value could be a bit better.

Started renting in July 2025 when I started working at the hospital. Couldn't be happier with the apartment. Location is ideal and right across the street from the hospital. There's an H-mart just one block away and lots of pharmacies nearby (including in the UofA hospital). Building is very secure and FOB access is required essentially everywhere in the building. Amenities are high-end and spaces are well-taken care of. Building staff are friendly and very responsive—knew me by my first name very quickly and they were quick to address any issues. Because the building is new, no appliances have broken down at all which is great, but there is a maintenance person who can handle issues. Highly highly recommend!!

I am enjoying my staying in this building, the building advance technology used in the apartment and the services/ maintenance facilitate living comfortable. the building management very respectful and provide the support fast and soon as possible. communication clear and provide continuous updates of any changes in building, especially Ms. Linda who is super friendly and provide safe space to communicate with her, also she is always supporting everyone living in this building and provide solutions as quick as possible. I am extremely happy and comfortable staying in this building and in my apartment
