Northgate Apartmentes

hello , i live in Northgate towers and been living here for 5 years i suppose . Issues i used to face was the laundry at floor #5. it would always be out of order and would need multiple complaints to get attention . security is another issue , making it impossible to have any courier scheduled at residence. the buzzer is waste if main door is locked. I had issues with noise a lot. but then the renters would vacate and the issue would resolve this location needs upgrades with laundry and entrance security . thank you
