People drive like idiots in the parking lot. There is stuff everywhere. I aw a man let his dog pee in the parkade. Some stalls look like junk piles. People leave garbage everywhete

Bait & Switch on almost every aspect of living here; parking, pets, amenities & security have all been either switched out, failed to happen or straight up cancelled Quite a few major utilities, such as elevators & access to the building have broken down without warning or explanation. Oh, and the owner treats it like a fiefdom and will confiscate parts of the building for personal use without warning or imposed weird personal choices on living conditions simply because he can. Recently the owner removed the electric range from the lounges kitchen, simply because he didn't like the tenants using it.

Staff and building management are amazing! The location is the most desirable, plenty of parking around the building. Not noisy. And building has plenty of amenities.

I've been living here with my sister since Christmas of 2024 and I've enjoyed everyday, not only is the building always clean and has security on deck but the staff are always so sweet and knowledgeable. shoutout to the leasing agents for making everything smooth from beginning and even everyday living by answering questions or helping with whatever we need. 20/10 I've absolutely suggested this building to everyone i know that's looking to move.
