ive put in maintenance requests twice. both dealing with these absolute garbage light switches not working properly. and each time has taken well over a month to do a 5 minute job. I dont feel I should be paying these high rent prices for disgraceful service. I haven't had a light in the master bedroom for a month now. and its getting rediculous. no one gets back to me about any information. once my lease is up im leaving this place. it has left such a sour taste in my mouth. I will not reccomend this placenta anybody in the future

The area is quiet and friendly. The Essence is well managed, maintained, and clean! The McLeod Realty Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive! Happy with our move to The Essence!
