The number of pets allowed per suite: *Up to 2 dogs or 2 cats or 1 dog & 1 cat or 2 birds.* A one time non-refundable fee of $500 will be levied on your account. 1.No specific dog breed, height or weight restrictions are in place (other than dog(s) bred/trained to be a guard or attack dog). 2.Mandatory proof of licensing that the animal has a regular pet license and is not licensed by the City as a "nuisance" or "restricted" dog. 3. A pet meet and greet (interview) is required with site staff. 4. Written pet reference verification is required- to be provided by the previous landlord(s). 5. Current veterinary care provider attests apartment living would be suitable for the dog(s) (i.e. space requirements, temperament, level of noise exhibited by said dog(s), etc.) 6. Dog(s) must also be registered on the tenant's insurance policy, which would cover any potential incidents (regardless of size/ breed). 7. The pet shall be neutered of spayed, and a veterinary certificate shall be provided to ONE Properties prior to our pet's arrival in our home.
