As a resident my responsibilities are to abide by what the regulations and to pay my rent on time, which I have been doing and never have I or will I miss a payment. In return, management should ensure that residents receive what they are entitled to, like an intercom. Its very illogical that I have to leave my apartment and go down every time I have something delivered. I have been subject to several situations where my packages were not delivered because the building is inaccessible; this is unacceptable. If I do not pay my rent on time I am penalized or receive a warning (or whatever measures you guys execute). I do understand that there is an issue with individuals trying to force themselves to enter the building and damaging property, I truly understand that, but I have been a resident here for 6 months, and no solution has been found to fix this issue? Unacceptable. Staff is amazing, very nice and very friendly and I know its noisy with all the construction going on near the building but this is not management's fault.
