My experience has not be one to brag about. The previous management was not great and there was little for upkeep with the outside or common areas inside by management. This made it difficult to leave the building in the winter as there were times weeks would go by without someone coming to shovel. Now that new management has taken over, there has been promises to get things fixed and this has still not been addressed. Communication with new management is nearly non existent and the issues with paying rent has been nothing short of frustration. They asked for us to send banking info before the 28th of March to ensure rent was paid. Then requested us to sign up for rent cafe. Then sent out an email saying that banking info was recieved and requested to withdrawal payment on April 17th (which never happened - this was halfway through the month and I am unsure why a company could not have this figured out sooner when there are so few residents in this building). Then another week and a half later they send out a notice under the door to say that they need banking info again or there is potential for eviction. Please explain to me why this is not organized. It is now the second of May and rent has not been taken out. No communication on repairs have been made. And cleaning hasn't happened in common areas since before the month of April. Not impressed with how things have been or where they look like they are going.
