It's okay but the rent is too high and I'm find the location is not convienant.

Residents smoke weed throughout buildings. Plug ins for vehicles in winter do not work, complained and was told to keep checking spots to see which ones work. Constant rotation of staff. Carpet was supposed to be replaced a year ago, still not done. Loud tenants have guests and stand in hallways at all hours

We’ve been living here for close to 7 years and have seen many propery managers come and go. Pepjin has been the best so far. The two gentlemen who help maintain the building & community building are friendly too. Some issues with neighbours but that’s to be expected. One major issue usually revolves around the garbage bins, or tenants not following the rules. But location is good. Apartment is good. Fun holiday events are great. Door decorating & balcony contests with prizes are super fun. All in all, its been a good experience living here.

Love the staff here and the maintanece of the parking lot! There is a noise that happens everyboght at 1202 am that wakes us up and makes the unit shake, not too sure what it is but overall a good experience
