Dog(s) must also be registered on the tenant's insurance policy, which would cover any potential incidents (regardless of size/ breed). 7. The pet shall be neutered of spayed, and a veterinary certificate shall be provided to ONE Properties prior to our pet's arrival in our home.

Super Overpriced

The apartment is overpriced for what it offers. While the place is okay, it’s far from being worth the high rent. Additional fees seem to pop up constantly, even for minor issues like a broken drain spring, which cost me an extra $40. The materials used in construction feel cheap, likely chosen to cut costs, and that shows in the frequent maintenance issues. On top of that, the management doesn’t seem invested in retaining current tenants. Their approach appears to be focused on charging higher rates to the next incoming tenant rather than creating a positive experience for those already living here. Overall, I can't recommend this place unless you're okay with overpaying for mediocrity.

I am new to the province and really needed to rent an apartment so I could start my job. Saad was great and the only person that was great help to us in our apartment search. Saad helped through the whole process as we had never rented before. I have not had a chance to explore the amenities yet,but they looked great.

Citizen on Jasper

The newly constructed building is absolutely fantastic. The amenities, particularly the gym, hot tub, yoga room, and theater room, are my absolute favorites. The staff is incredibly friendly and outgoing. The location is simply amazing. It seems that most of the people living here are professionals and incredibly friendly.
