I guess my biggest concern is the exterior of the building. The space for the refrigerator is only big enough for an outdated size, it cant be updated without moving the cupboards to fit an average size fridge. The existing rusted thing shuold be thrown out.

I love this location, and apartment at all. There is thing, which I would like to improve. This is air conditioning. There is so hot inside apartment in the summer. All the rest are great!
