The appartment and building are a very nice living space with good security and maintenance. The traffic is loud off of 9th ave and theres minimal amenities such as a gym

Love the location and community! Best property management team I've ever worked with. They provide flexibility and strong communication. The building is also very well kept and safe!

The building is good overall. Good location, good unit layouts. No real amenities other than the rooftop patio, but we have so far enjoyed our time here
