Good building but very expensive for what you get SF wise and amenities. Compared to other buildings that are the same quality. Basically paying for location.

We've lived at portfolio for the past 4 years and it has been the most wonderful experience!

While I believe staff of the building are doing their best, I do think BentallGreenOak is trying to minimize maintenance costs by cutting corners and it's starting to show. The amount of issues with the building is getting out of hand. There are constant water shut downs and the elevators are always breaking, along with many other issues. It feels insulting to have them raise rent year after year as care for the building gets significantly worse.

Mariana is not the most approachable person in the management team. As much as possible, I dont like addressing anything to her because working in management, she always makes people feel that her time is more valuable than other people. Like as if she cannot be disturbed. Shell talk when she's ready. And this is not first time. This has happened multiple times thats why i can say this. If it was one or 2 or 3 time scenarios, i might have been understanding of her. But everytime. Throughout these years. Its her time thats more important.
