Decent building, with recurring problems

Good building, but elevators are often out of order and take a long time to fix, jamming the whole building and leaving people waiting in the lobby. People leave trash out in the open in the large bins in the garbage room without following strict bagging etiquettes. Leaving or entering the parking lot is difficult due to narrow exit/entry doors. There are scratch marks all over the entry poles.

The following pets are permitted: A maximum of two (2) of the following: Domestic (indoor) cats Dogs (excluding Pitbulls, Dobermans, Mastiffs, Rottweilers, and any other similar breeds of dog that are customarily bred or trained as guard dogs or attack dogs), Birds (Limit one cage of four birds), Fish (Tank volume must not exceed 30gal/113L) Please note that we require a $350 non-refundable pet fee per animal.
