Parking lot no maintained or show and ice is not cleared after snow has fallen.

Lived about 3.5 years. Don't own a car so gave zero rating for parking, also should mention the parking lot is very icey and hard to walk on. Spread gravel but why isn't show removed. I am Senior and use back parking lot door to enter and exit building when I run errands. Maintenance requests are fine. Building is kept clean. Find apartment hot is summer and cold in winter due to due to drafty balcony windows.
