if you are tired of the bustle of the city from the sounds of cars, then this is an ideal quiet place, good view, friendly staff, well-groomed green garden, cleaned area has its own parking, the kitchen set needs a little renovation

I have been living in this condo for approx. 4 years, great location, family building, great resident manager, clean and well-maintained building. Bus station across the street Train station only 5min. walk. Sunalta Royal Park 3min walk. Mid-town Coop only 10min walk Westbrook mall 10min ride in the train Free parking with all electrical plugs

I lived here for about 4 months. The compound is clean and the tenants are well-behaved and lovely. What I love most about the building are the kid-friendliness and how supportive the building manager is.
