I’ve moved to one of Rimrock properties in February 1 and let me tell you. Definitely one of the worse company I’ve been with. Communication skills ARE ZERO. I’ve been waiting to get my tub fixed for 2 MONTHS now because the water doesn’t go down. Plumber came 2 times and BOTH TIME COULD NOT FIX NOTHING. And YET NO ONE from the office has been returning MY EMAILS. But yet they don’t fail to take the rent EVERY 1 of the month.

Great area to live, tons of things to do in the area

It would be nice if you fenced off the parking lot.

Have been dealing with mold in unit with little help from management (save one individual). Had to get AHS involved and still no solution besides being "offered a great opportunity" to move into one of the renovated units for over $200 more a month. We cannot afford to do that and they have been radio-silent since. Side note: washers and dryers not maintained which is resulting in paying for laundry and having the machine malfunction (water not draining in one washer/temperature issues in one dryer). Will not be renewing lease.

Amazing location and great little suites for single workers or students. Cant beat the 17 Ave experience, paired with great property management

Multiple units havent had window screens for months, making the sunmer heat that much more unbearable. The laundry machines destroy your clothes. Property management wont do their job and tell you to do it for them instead of taking care of these issues. They are also hard to get in contact with, give very little information upon move in about the workings of the building. I have yet to revieve a signed copy of my lease from them. It feels like they are taking advantage of a housinh crisis and dont actually care about the people living in the building. They do allow pets, which is currently very rare in this city and why a lot of us continue to stay and deal with the issues. Again, feeling taken advantage of.
