The staff here has been nothing less than excellent! They have been so supportive of the community during the pandemic and continue to fill us with joy. I'm happy to be here and I don't want to move anytime soon!
Had a peaceful life
This is my first place in Texas and it is one of the nicest places I ever lived!
The exterior sound is typically quiet and the place is beautiful, so I would have liked the place more if the interior was the same. The walls are thin and the insulation is non-existent. The lack of lightning in the apartment is also annoying but what you see is what you get. Unlike in some places I've lived before, parking is never an issue and trash is far enough away I never have to worry about a smell. The presence of recycling and donation boxes are also very useful. The valet trash pick-up seems unnecessary but I'll admit it is convenient. Mail is easy to access and residents never seem to cause problems. Overall, I think the space is what it's worth.
