I have lived at Everra for a year. It is a clean, well appointed, safe quiet community. I use the common area conference rooms regularly for business meetings. It is excellent value close to shopping, I75, medical facilities and downtown. The staff is polite and responsive. It is a good value.
My son and I looked for a long time for an apartment. At my age I couldn't handle the stairs in our townhouse. We found the perfect 3 bedroom here. Move-in was great. The staff have been excellent. Highly recommended as the best luxury value inside I 635.
