I have lived in Grand Island for one year now and have just renewed my lease. I plan to live in these apartments for the next few years as they have been a great place to reside. The location is perfect and the renovated units are nice. It is a great place to walk my dog. I am in awe at how Grand Island seems to be one of the only apartments who is able to maintain power during storms on Mud Island. The only thing I would improve is the timing of maintenance requests.
We have been living in Gran Island Apartments since September - we do enjoy the closeness to the river, good facilities, and modern amenities.
Living in Bristol is a breeze. It’s quite, secured and chill. The manager, receptionist and maintenance are really accomodating. We’ve got all we need. Definitely something you can call home.

Wonderful location with beautiful apartment interiors and great amenities. Having trash valet feels like such a luxury when they take it straight from outside your door for more than half the week. The pool is clean and well maintained, the gate access is simple and easy for guests as well. The area is quiet, with nearby greenery and (for my building) some great riverfront views. The dumpster/trash compacter (for larger trash) is even offset at a lower level so that you can just walk up to it and not have to lift over your head to get stuff in. Interior is reasonably spaced, great closets, counterspace, and cabinetry (including in the bathroom), the lighting is well thought out, and the water pressure is decent. 10/10, I think I'll be staying here for the entire four years of residency.

I've lived here for 7 months and I've enjoyed it so far. I enjoy the location as it's close to entertainment and my job. I adore my apartment layout. I live in a studio apartment and I haven't come across a studio that offers such an unique, comfortable, and stunning layout. Love the bay windows. Rent is affordable compared to other downtown apartments. My con is the cleanliness of the floors. I live towards the end of my floor and it doesn't get a lot of attention. Also, it would be nice if the laundry rooms were updated but their current state is acceptable. The cleanliness of the floors is really my only con. The other items for improvement are things that I think are outside management's control.
I am a single person who works downtown and I enjoy living here! It's close to work and other fun downtown activities. Repairs are prompt and helpful for the most part. Staff is very friendly. The cleaning crew in the lobby are amazing! They say hello to me everyday and they are always so polite. There's an ice cream shop and a bubble tea shop in the lobby. There is a rooftop with some nice views. The gym isn't amazing, but it gets the job done. The biggest issue with living here is carrying in your groceries from the parking garage because it takes about five minutes to get from your car to your apartment. You have to cross the street car tracks on south main.
