This is a very nice apartment with a shared pool, gym, and rec room. It's location in the heart of Kirkwood and n the city of Atlanta. I highly recommend this property.
The experience was great , amenities are great the pool area is amazing and its very quiet !
I've been here for roughly half a lease and I so far have very little complaints. Staff is responsive. Home is comfortable, clean, and free of major repair issues.
The property is pretty well maintained. I do think it is worth the rent cost.

nice place to stay
I found this place and have never regretted it. While the ownership and management staff have changed the effort in taking care of me has not faltered. I am about to renew for another year and would recommend to anyone. There are always a couple small items. Neighbors who don't bring in trash, cars that don't move for weeks with no decals, small concerns. A bump in cost of this that or the other. Happens no matter where ya live. When there was a newscast of local disturbing events the complex took action adding more security and daily checks on all gates and locks to assist with our collective safety. That being said the pedestrian gate is still not functional across the road. Yet you are well informed of reduced leasing office hours, SPECIAL events, community meetings, always something working to bring the people out of their cubes and to mingle. All in all some small things that can be worked on come with a majority and daily positive experience. Thanks for making this space feel like home.
