Apartments new and well appointed Staff is great - Brian, Camille, Carla and Laurie are always friendly and responsive Amenities are nice and include a discount at Quantum Kitchen and Easton Rooftop Lounge Great location The only problem I have is with the management company: My apartment was not ready on the day promised which is understandable because the community is/was under construction. My move date was changed several times with a final move-in at the end of July. During this time I booked a room at the Courtyard Marriott. I lived there for a month and a half. I was informed the management company would not allow additional concessions to offset the expense and inconvenience of being displaced. In addition, I was told the property management company instructed staff to disable the breakers in the garage to prevent the charging of electric vehicles. However, they have not installed EV chargers as promised and cannot give an estimate as to when this will be done. I would not have chosen the complex had I known there would not be EV chargers.
