I have lived here for a few weeks. Everyone who works here was super helpful with getting me settled. Maintenance came right away to fix what was wrong. It is a nice, quiet community.
This place is awesome. Cant beat the location, its close to everything. They take great care of the property. You have a problem, maintenance is there the same day. The iffice staff is very responsive and the amenities are beautiful

Lisa, was very helpful with our selection to make Bay Harbor our new home. We were in a time crunch and she assisted greatly with timeliness and assurance that we were making the right decision. Though the area suffered the impact of Hurricane Ian, the grounds were beautifully kept and pleasant.
