Things to do in Riverview

Many activities in Riverview revolve around enjoying the outdoors. The Bell Creek Nature Preserve features 597 acres of protected habitats, and a five-mile hiking trail to help you enjoy them. The picnic areas are great too. The Alafia Scrub Preserve is another nearby park, where you can explore 80 acres of trails and scenic overlooks. 

One of the more unique things to do here is visiting the International Independent Showmen’s Museum. It's intent is to “preserve the history of traveling shows in America,” meaning carnivals and traveling circuses. And it's filled with all kinds of different artifacts, from past to present.

The Hillsborough County Public School district serves Riverview.
