    Debbie and the building staff are absolutely phenomenal and quick to respond to anything. Haven't lived here for too long but I've had no issues with pests or even bad neighbours. Value for money is great in the current rent price environment. I wish they would keep the ventilation turned on 24/7 rather than on a timer because some residents smoke, but that's my only complaint

    We have enjoyed living in the building. The staff are nice and keep things clean. A few of the laundry machines have been broken for months. But otherwise it’s a nice building.

    Having lived in the building years ago, I can see a definite decline in building maintanance. Mold on the walls, peeling paint and concrete on the balconies, patchwork paint job in the corridors, old windows and doors that do not close properly and rattle in the wind.

Hamilton is a large Ontario city situated in southern Canada. The city is part of a region known as the Golden Horseshoe, located along Lake Ontario and Lake Erie.
