I had a great time living here and the apartment exceeded my expectations. The customer service and staff were top-notch, professional and courteous. The location is excellent, offering quick access to restaurants, stores and tollway. The pool and fitness center are great features. Overall I had an excellent experience!
I'm in my 6th year at The Sanctuary of Lake Villa and love it. The Management Office is always right there to help with any kind of situation or assistance that you may need - -and they do it with a smile, a willingness, and sincerity! The Maintenance Department should be renamed to "Resident Care Department" because that's what they do - - they take care of us. They are simply Superb! Allow me to sing your praises!
