Property reviewsAnonymous on Mar 31, 2022
I feel people tend to leave reviews when they have had a bad experience. It seems to me that people do not take the time to leave complimentary reviews about people, places, or events. I moved to the Columns at Paxton Lane after living in my own (quiet) home for many years. I feared I would have a huge adjustment moving into apartment living. I was wrong! The staff made me feel at home from the moment I walked through the door. Devin made me feel comfortable through every step of the way in finding and renting my apartment home. When I wanted to come back one more time to ride through the community prior to renting, Ashley took me through the community. I felt like I was talking with a family member. Maintenance – WOW! My daughter lives in a different complex and had me a little concerned that the maintenance here could be something like at her complex. Maintenance here is the best of anywhere I have EVER lived. I have actually put an order in, left to visit with a friend and the order was complete when I got back home!! I am 65 years old and had rented most of my life in addition to working for management companies at apartment homes. I can honestly say whoever runs maintenance at this management company is the best. The maintenance tech, Rawle, is a perfect example of what a maintenance employee should aim to be. You will be hard pressed to find a more professional friendly member of a maintenance department. The community is great. The homes are beautiful and quiet. And, best of all, I have not seen even one bug/pest since I have moved in! I have not regretted moving into this complex even for a second.
Brian F. on Mar 2, 2022Been here for 6 years, and have been by and large..satisfied with my experience. Al that’s missing is rent regulation. Prices never stop rising year over year. They need to fix that. Property is awesome.

Things to remember when looking for a cheap 2 bedroom apartment in Grayson, GA
There is a series of factors that determine the price of a rental apartment in Grayson, GA. Its location is probably at the top of the list. The closer a building is to the city center, or to a public transportation station, the more expensive it is. The same goes for buildings located in popular areas with a high density of quality dining, shopping and entertainment options. That’s because most renters would rather be close to where things are happening, thus creating an increased demand for those apartments. Another determinant is the quality of the building, as in how old it is, how well maintained, what amenities it offers. Similarly, the quality of the apartment unit itself is a factor. A furnished apartment will most certainly cost more than an unfurnished one. One that has newer appliances, or has been remodeled recently, is going to demand a higher price. On the flip side, you can find some really good deals if none of these factors are a priority for you. There are 25 apartment buildings in Grayson, GA you can explore that offer all types of floor plans, including cheap 2 bedroom apartments.
