    I couldn’t ask for a better place to call home! The community here is simply perfect, with a beautifully diverse mix of people from various backgrounds.     Management is great to work with and loving my neighbors. Laundry facilities, gym and community center are well-kept all 24 hours of the day. Location is perfect.

    I have overall liked living her, I have struggled being by the pool with the noise in the summer so keep that in mind on what unit you picked. I have also had some trouble with the noise since there are so many units right next to each other. The size for the price is great, having a basement and a back patio has been amazing and is what really pulled me in. They have gone through 3 managers but the most current one seems to be working hard to improve the the grounds which is nice.

    The best place to live in downtown Columbus, close enough to walk to everything but also far enough to feel like the suburbs. The staff are wonderful! The gym is the best for an apartment complex. Parking easy and not a pain.

    After shopping MANY apartment communities in Hilliard & Dublin, I felt like the staff at The Wendell were the most professional, trustworthy, helpful with options, and SO nice. Much more amenities at competative prices. I have lived here several months and have to say it is outstanding! Especially if you are looking within the Hilliard or Dublin area. The views and grounds are beautiful. I cancelled my gym membership as we have a state of the art fitness facility here. My favorite is the pool, swim up island, grill & fire pits!
