Anonymous on Oct 24, 2022The rudest staff you will find apartments need updating. Carpet is old and nasty. They try to clean it but its just sticky and gross move to the nicer and newer complexes even if the ppl are rude at least the apartment makes up for it

Property reviewsAnonymous on Apr 1, 2024We have been at Rosebrook Village for 15 years now. No real complaints at all. The office staff and maintenance are always pleasant and very helpful. Cost of rent has almost doubled since we moved in...would like for it to stay as low as possible, as we are on a fixed monthly income. The only real complaint we have is the current parking of big rigs...it does nothing for the look of the property and not fair to residents, especially those that are complaining about parking issues.
