Property reviewsC D. on Aug 16, 2024Really a great place to live! I've been renting in Dallas for over 20 years and this is absolutely the best property I have leased at. Top notch appliances (including w/d), lighting, flooring and fixtures, paint, carpet, EVERYTHING. Management is on top of every issue even when it is something out of their control. This was particularly evident on "Tornado Tuesday" when they were always available to share information regarding power and internet restoration. They likely knew the same that we did but to present the available information in such a professional manner was truly remarkable. I think most management teams would have just stayed home. The Maintenance Team is SUPER responsive and the folks that do this work are always happy to see you, whether you need them or not. Landscaping is beautiful, seasonally kept and certainly not "on a budget". Valet Trash pickup is like clockwork. Clubhouse is truly a gem with an amazing espresso/latte machine, pool table, island oven sitch, rentable Movie Theatre and meeting spaces that you would actually want to have a business meeting in. Fitness center is ample and not over the top. Walking/Biking distance to DART Rail and the SoPac/White Rock Trail. Buy a bike if you don't have one...this thing is amazing. Trader Joes' and Central Market are nearly equidistant, and you can choose from 2 Walmart's for essentials. Richardson is 3 minutes away by car. I no longer own a pet but the Dog Park is top notch from my observation. This is an amazing property and very resident focused. Very good management, very good maintenance team

Nader N. on Dec 3, 2019I just moved to Dallas, and once Cindy showed me around The Case Building I immediately wanted to be part of it! Cindy was extremely helpful and answered every single of the million questions I had. The apartment itself is gorgeous! Once I saw it I didn't even look anywhere else, and signed the lease the next morning. I'm glad the Case Building's garages are above ground instead of going underground, it definitely helps when taking up any groceries. I'm thankful to be a part of this community, thank you Cindy for all your help and patience!
