Just moved in. The leasing process was much smoother than most of NYC. The staff is very helpful and polite. They made our move-in very easy. Road access in the front for our cars, and side for the truck was quick and convenient. Everything is clean and quiet. Just a short walk to the subways. And great for those with pets.

Great staff and great place to live! 470 Manhattan is located in prime territory: close to the G and L, next to a park, and a stones throw away from great dining.
