We had a little bit of a hiccup with the person trying to ruin our chances are getting the apartment, but we ended up getting hit and we are so happy and we cannot wait to move in.

Can't really call them luxury apartments as there is no doorman, and amenities (gym, pool etc.) are 5 miles away. Can be difficult to reach management.

I was told my the leasing office (when I first applied two years ago) that my monthly rent would "only go up by 1% to 2% a year." When I received my rental agreement for next year (2024), it was increased by 10%, and non-negotiable. The increase alone comes to more than $4000/yr.
