Pros- Close to major highways, airport, train station. My building is quiet. Nice landscaping. I feel safe- despite the police being at certain buildings on a regular basis Cons- Prices jump up each year- even during Covid I was late on one payment in 3 years and there was no flexibility with a steep late fee. (Late bc the auto-pay didn't roll over). One of the guys in the Commack office is VERY rude. There are 2 cars w flat tires that take up space and never move
