I had a great time living here. I moved to different state else this would be my home in KCMO. The management is amazing and you cant beat the price for high rise downtown apartment.

Great place to leave, the staff is sweet and kind and always willing to help and looking to do activities at the clubhouse. The area is well located and beautiful!

I have been living at City View Apartments for the past three years, and my interactions with the maintenance staff have been excellent. Whenever I have a question or concern or need something fixed, they always make time for me and make me feel like the most important tenant on the property. They are extremely respectful and polite. When they enter the apartment, they show great respect by cleaning up before they leave. They also provide clear information about the cause of the issue and its solution. If I have not been available and they see me out and about, they always follow up by asking about the status, how things are going, and what they have done to resolve the issue. Overall, I can say that my time here has been exceptional, largely due to Mike's consistent, genuine efforts and interactions with me and my family, which have made it easy to call this place home.
