Only issue is when the new owners took over I was in the process of setting up auto payments. I was a little confused and made a payment on a saturday and wasn't confident the auto pay was set up. To my surprise, my rent was taken out twice from my bank on Monday morning. Bank charged $152 overdraft. I called them and they cut in half. Management here said they would help me out. But nothing was ever done. I was left with a $76 overdraft

Would love a little fenced in dog area but there is no convenient place and id rather be at a great location for every day life. Thank you 1700 you are all awesome!
