This is a great place to live. The units are modern and clean. The property mangment team and the maintenance team are exptremely responsive and are very nice people! The building is clean and very well cared for. I like that they have special events for the apartment comminity as well, such as “Grill and Chill” and other events associated with festivals in town. HP Ventures was extremely easy to work with during the application process. We had a few unique issues to deal with and they were very professional and helpful.
Renting here mainly for the great location. Overall, it has basic amenities (rooftop with grill, and small workout room). Parking is onsite and very convenient. Very clean and pretty well taken care of for this type of building. Biggest complain would be you can hear the people above you pretty easily if they're loud.
