I've lived in the Belvedere since March and it has honestly been one of the best apartment experiences I've had in DC. The staff is super responsive and friendly, and every time I've had any maintenance issues they've been taken care of very quickly. You cannot beat the location. There's not garage but street parking is pretty easy in the area if you have a residential parking permit.

    3.5/5 Anonymous on Feb 18, 2020

Some caveats for my ratings above - (1) I don't own a car, so my parking rating is based off of street parking availability and not a garage in the building; (2) value is based on other apartments of similar size and locations I have seen but at a lower cost for rent, not on the inherent value of my unit or the building; and (3), noise is based on street noise (very loud) and not on noise from neighboring tenants (essentially non-existent).

The Palisades is just the right size, in just the right place and at the right price point. It really helps d a fantastic value with easy access to multiple grocery stores, dozens of restaurants, an abundance of shopping options and a cozy apartment that feels like home.
