Honestly if we had seen this amount of 1 star rating reviews before we moved in we wouldn't have made Beacon Meridian our first choice. As a person who works with people everyday. My biggest priority is customer service and this place doesn't have the best I don't know if Gloria is related to the owners or what because I don't understand how one can have so many low ratings and nothing good said about her and she's still working here after so many months. She is so RUDE it shocks me every time, she came screaming from across the street "can I help you x 2" how is that even professional? like if you don't like People Gloria how about you don't work a job that requires you to interact with people everyday? This isn't the first incident where she's is blatantly rude the last time she snatched the phone from Ashley while I was on the phone with her only to scream in my ear. Again does that sound like a place you want to spend your hard earned money on? The house itself isn't too bad aside from the door handles that require being screwed back into place every 2 months. The screen-door that is jammed in one place, the doorbell camera that you pay monthly for but doesn't connect to your Wifi. If you re a person who enjoys peace of mind this is not the rental community for you do look elsewhere. (And these empty units sitting around gathering dust tells me people are seeing these 1 star reviews)

Friendly staff. Ms. Cat was awesome. Property nice, very clean, and quiet. My unit is ugraded and i love it. I have the 700+ square foot. Very spacious

I’ve lived here for 2 years and I hate that I have to move due to certain situations...but overall this apartment complex is awesome. Great staff especially Mrs. Nikki if you ever need help she is your lady! Great location to all highways you are literally smack middle of everything. Maintenance is always on point every time I needed a work order it was done the same day! I would highly recommend the place to anyone! Keep up the amazing work.

I'm so glad to call this place home. There are bumps and bruises along the way but no complex can say they have perfection. Too many people and everyone is different, so you cant make everyone happy. With that being said The ladies do try. Always cheery on the phone or in person. Helpful Maintenance " michael" is the best. He is quiet comes in fixed what he needs to and he handles himself with such integrity and professionalism. Never an issue with noise or craziness. Love it

I am so grateful to Bandera crossing, and I blindly applied due to moving out from my apartment within 2 days. Cat made the experience such a breeze. The professionalism and calmness in her demeanor and voice just made the whole experience less stressful. What should have been a stressful time definitely was not, all thanks to Cat! Cat is not only fast but efficient! Thank you again, I cannot say it enough <3

Overall the location is ideal but you get what you get what you pay for. The apartment complex is quiet compared to others despite the fact that it isn’t a gated complex its quiet.
