Good Enough

I think the previous owner did some DIY works. The finishes are very rough and not professionally done. There are so many things I can fix up but since I am renting I will leave them alone. It just bothers me on the quality of some works. The paint job they did to make this a rental property is so poorly done that almost all door knobs has some paint on it. Location is good and the area is quiet. House does not have any apparent problems. I just received HOA notice that I need to replace the dead bushes. I just moved in about a month ago, and I contacted the property manager on this but I have not received any response on this. It has been about 2 business days but the notice was for 3 business day response. It is good enough for what it is for right now.

Pet Policy

Streetlane welcomes up to a maximum of 2 pets per household. A pet is defined as a dog, cat, small bird, rodent, fish, turtle or other small domesticated animal. There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee for the first pet and an additional $100 for the second pet. $25/monthly pet rent per pet. There is no charge for a Service Animal or Emotional Support Animal. Streetlane does not allow exotic, farm, wild or venomous pets. The following dog breeds are not permitted as pets: Pit Bulls, American Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Doberman, Wolf Hybrid, or any breed mix of the aforementioned. Weight and size restrictions may be evaluated on a case by case basis, dependent on property size. Requirements: All pet owners must complete and abide by the Pet Addendum as part of their lease. A picture of all pets will submitted with the above mentioned addendum Evidence of Renters Insurance coverage, which includes additional dog bite liability Service Animal Policy Streetlane complies with all requirements under the American's with Disabilities Act and Fair Housing Act in regards to Service Animals and are exempt from any rent, fees, deposits, breed restrictions, and insurance requirements.
