Decent Property, Things never fixed, Property not ready

They were supposed to repair a lot of things. We had to call in a lot after the initial move in. They dug up the yard and left holes, they were supposed to replace the grass, but they did not replace the grass. There are multiple electrical issues. When the maintenance comes they avoid the problem and disappear. They have come multiple time and left without forwarding to vendor or fixing the issue. They are capable of fixing things. They have fixed several issues. First Key implemented a policy to charge for what they considered small issues. This made me not submit as often in fear of getting charged. There is no one to hold accountable. They customer service is overseas and unable to do anything about negotiating or understanding. They can only follow procedures, definitely feels like that is by design. There are electrical issues and foundation issues. It took forever to get a solution for the drain for the AC unit. It would clog and flood every couple of months in the summer. I had to call the local vendor to see if they could implement a permanent solution. I am not happy with the maintenance. The house needs work but overall it us comfortable.
