A well-maintained home with a fenced yard, shop, offering a convenient rental experience with many of the ongoing costs and maintenance responsibilities already taken care of. Lease type: Month-to-month residential tenancy. Rent: $2,659 per month. Security deposit: $2,000. Additional pet deposit of $500 for the first approved dog and $250 for a second approved dog, up to a maximum total pet deposit of $750. Pets: Up to two (2) dogs are permitted, with each dog weighing no more than 25 pounds. No cats or ferrets. Fish, birds, and reptiles are permitted when kept in appropriate enclosures. No other animals without prior landlord approval. Assistance animals are accommodated as required by law. Smoking/vaping: Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the entire premises, including the house, garage, yard, and other exterior areas. Parking: Parking is available in the driveway and lawful street-parking areas. Parking on lawns, landscaped areas is prohibited. Tenant maintenance responsibilities: Tenant is responsible for keeping the home and exterior areas reasonably clean and sanitary, promptly removing pet waste, properly disposing of trash, using fixtures and appliances reasonably, and promptly reporting maintenance issues or unsafe conditions to the landlord. Tenant is responsible for damage beyond ordinary wear and tear caused by the tenant, occupants, guests, or animals. Security equipment: Doorbell and security camera equipment are provided as amenities. Tenant is responsible for setting up and operating the equipment and may disconnect the security cameras if desired. Shop: Detached shop included with the rental. Play structure: Backyard play structure is included as an amenity. Tenant is responsible for reasonable supervision of children and guests using the play structure and for promptly reporting damage or unsafe conditions.
