Way Too Much To Type

I’ve done several of these surveys and while they may be read, no one bothers to follow up. After speaking to 4 to 5 different people. Heck, one even took a bunch of pictures because he was “so upset” over it. Never heard back from him until a month or so later when a pipe bursted and water heater went out again. I figured I could take it here for a year and move in until I get a $500 electric bill after almost $300 the previous month. It’s way too small of a house to pay that much. There’s obviously an issue or two. My Recommendation — All new residents should do a move in inspection with one of your licensed realtors. - Guarantee the other dept won’t like that - You are showing me you care - I now have a realtor so when I’m ready to buy, this realtor knows what I’m looking for and drops me a note from time to time letting me know the market and send some examples. Keep the business stays in-house—as long as you’re treated right as a renter - this is just yo name a few Your folks are some of the nicest people. I have to stop there.
