The property is overpriced. Plywood countertops, not enough lighting. After initial lease is up plan for 10 to 30% increase to stay. Maintenance is worthless and won't fix or respond. Impossible to reach property manager. Maintenance will not replace missing shelves in refrigerator. Fan in guest bathroom runs 24/7 and Maintenance won't fix it. The control utilities and uncharged the rate. Cabinets are peeling and falling apart. Careful when ypu do call Maintenance because they will charge you $105 for resident responsibility.
