We have lived here for 2 years. The home is nice, however nearly every appliance has needed to be replaced since we moved in; disposal, dishwasher, refrigerator and the replacements are junk, the cheapest appliances sold to man. Which does not coincide with the home or the rent amount. The neighborhood is nice and the location is great.

NO Refrigerator - 6 days

Our refrigerator has been out since Saturday we reported this Sunday and we have been told we will have no refrigerator until Thursday that will be 6 days without a REFRIGERATOR how can we live? We have lost ALL of our food! Frozen and refrigerated items.. During this pandemic our food loss is devastating! We cant buy food we can't store food. After realizing the refrigerator had to be replaced we were referred to a second maintenance company: HD appliances. They contacted us and let us know their warehouse is in California, so they cant deliver until Thursday. How can you be using a vendor who keeps inventory in another STATE for URGENT issues? We are in Las Vegas, NV and will need to stay home a third day this week. We tried to call the urgent number provided and sat on hold for an hour to be disconnected. . We are disappointed in the lack of importance this "URGENT" matter is for First Key. Six days for repair replacement of a refrigerator is ridiculous in my opinion. This has and is affecting my family's welfare.
