4625 Bay Creek Drive
This house would be fantastic if the company took better care of it. We have submitted several requests to have maintenance done. It takes forever for someone to come out, they often have not been told the full scope of the work and have to leave to get permission from First Key. Or, First Key will only pay for the minimal amount required of them to make the repairs.
Renter
The location is great. The customer service, the payment portal, and the maintenance are ridiculous. They halfway fix things, if they ever get back in touch with you even though the website says they get follow-up within 24 hours. I have no idea who my property manager is. They never answer emails. The building is slowly becoming less and less "put together" but they will not respond to a maintenance issue. EX: The front steps and handrails need repair and painting. "They don't answer those types of requests" is the answer we get. The only reason we stay is because we aren't moving until we buy a house. The company collects money and forgets about the properties unless something dangerous could happen. My husband and I have stopped calling because no one will respond.
