Collecting of trash

Since we moved in, in 2023, no one has come to collect pet trash at the end of the cul-de-sac. The trash has filled up past rhe rim.

Dog collection

My only issue is we have a poop collection for dogs but no one had picked it up since ive moved in back in January. A neighbor has taken it upon themselves to collect it and dispose of it. It should be collected weekly and with new bags.
